“This is the most authentic Mexican restaurant that i’ve been to. If you’re the average American looking to get Mexican food with “chips and dip” prior to ordering, look elsewhere. No chips or salsa was provided. They do not have sweet tea, it is only bottled or can drinks. The tacos were good. The atmosphere was mediocre. I would consider this to be a manly place rather than a family restaurant. While I wasn’t displeased with the food, I most likely will not return, at least not with my family.

Parking: Very small parking lot that is hard to access during high volume traffic.“

“After a long night in the ER Thurs night into late Friday morning, I was a bit to tired to cook dinner, so my wife and I decided to just "grab a bite", my daughter requested Chick-fil-a so I drove to Tunnel Rd. As I pulled into line, I noticed the car in front of me had paid cash, and the young man seemed to have his hands full trying to organize everything. Having been in the food service industry years back I know it can sometimes feel a little intimidating when you have a hand full of cash and someone approaches you, so I hung back until he looked organized. When I did pull up Oscar briefly acknowledged what I had done, and the asked for my name to start my order. I was happy to see he realized why I did it, and figured that was the end of the matter. Just as I had finished with my order, and was ready to pull up, another gentleman (sorry did not get his name) approached me and also acknowledged what I had done, and thanked me for being courteous, I smiled just before he handed me a small card good for a free dessert saying something to the effect of "We like to acknowledge and reward when people act kindly". After a very, very long day, this was the ray of humanity I needed to get me through the rest of it. I hope both those gentlemen get a pat on the back.“

“I was in the drive thru and my husband saw a little squirrel looking for food reaching up at the order speaker. I cried because it was chilly and he ran away. I wish I could've fed him or put him in my car so he wouldn't get hit. As far as the food everything was very fresh and made to order very hot like we like it“

“Delivery was fast and the food was good. But the person who took our order was obviously not interested in doing his job well. Got our order wrong, and fries and chocolate milk were left out of the kids meals. It's never happened before, so I didn't check. But I will be checking from now on.“

“I had my dog with me when we went through the drive-thru and the employees had a fit over him and was so sweet to him gave him doggie treats and was talking to him and just made him so happy just hell was wagging when we left and that was amazing and thanks to the fast service me and my pop got to have a really good lunch and he loved his chicken nuggets and water.“

“This is a great Mod. Ordering on the app for pickup is super easy especially if I want it for lunch. I get pizza or salad depending how healthy I feel that day. Always get whatever toppings I feel like, most times it’s a weird combo so they probably think I’m crazy. But they always make it good anyway. Extremely underrated vegan pizza IMO

“I'll start by saying I go to McDonald's a couple times per year...and I usually regret it. Not the case here. The store is clean. The service is prompt and the food is hot. Not the usual McDonald's experience. I've been to this location 3 times in 3 years and it's been on point all 3 times. Will I eat there more frequently? No. But the next time I get the Mac attack I know the best option is on Hendersonville Road.“

“The wife and I haven't had any Arby's in a long time we were out of town on a day trip we got hungry I saw a sign for Arby's and she said yes too she had the Ruben and I had the beef and cheddar 2 of them and curly fries we got it to go figured we would eat going down the highway but soon pulled over and sat in the shade . “They were especially helpful. I got the two item special. It was a salad of my choice and a half pizza of my choice. I'm a long term diabetic so I chose the cauliflower crust and loaded it up with all kinds of ingredients. I got a coke zero to go with it. The people there could not have been any more helpful. “I have been to many fast food restaurants since the pandemic first came about and have had issues in one form or another at each and every one of them. But let me tell you about this crew at Wendy’s on Smokey park…. From the moment you walk in the door until you walk out they are the most polite and cheerful group. They acknowledged us when we came in and the cashier was stocking the condiments and cleaning the drink counter. She said I will be right with you and quickly finished up what she had started and came to take our order. The employees in the back cooking and assembling went right to work getting our order together. I made a mistake on my order and she quickly allowed me to fix it and was gracious about it and not rude like other places have been. We sat down and ate and others came in and they were just as polite. It was like a breathe of fresh air in these trying times we are in. 1000000% would recommend you eating here and seeing what I got to witness today.“

She treated me with a smile, asked me how sweet I like my coffee. normally I just get it how ever they make it, no special instructions. It was nice because she genuinely cared about my opinion. When I told her it was good she was giddy and smiled. Such a pleasant encounter. We need more people with her customer service. I work fast food and would gladly have her on my team.“

“My go-to McDonalds. This is one of the few McDonald's whose shakes have the right amount of syrup added (last time I checked). I drink a lot of milkshakes, and most McDonald's seem to get the ratio wrong (West Asheville and Weaverville, I'm looking at you). The woman who drives the purple car is also hilarious and pleasant to talk to. Food is usually pretty fresh. I've never experienced their ice cream machine down.“
