“After walking around the grounds a bit, this was a nice treat on a rather toasty day. The severs were honest in the portions and the flavors were tried were excellent. There's plent of outdoor seating and it's perfect for people watching or if you just wanted to rest your legs. I would definitely come here again!“

“I love Dippin Dots, and these folks have them. I didn't go in to buy DD, but I did. They were very good. It had been years since I felt the -40° bb's as I savored them. I came to try Frozen Yogurt, so I decided to try a bowl. I had a green kids flavor underneath a chocolate type. I, of course, added a few Fruity Pebbles to top mine off. Good Choice for Me!
It was awesome, so I grabbed another cup and replayed the chocolate without the green frozen yogurt. Bonus if you shop at REI next door. Just head to The Sweet Escape Afterwards or Before!

“A good place to get an ice cream treat while visiting Biltmore. There are several flavors to choose from, the service is quick, and there are places to sit in the plaza outside the shop. It was interesting to learn about the history of the Biltmore Creamery while we were there.“

“This is the place to go if you want delicious ice cream! I had the chocolate peanut butter cup perfection and it was fabulous. My husband had the strawberry and mango sorbet and it was amazing. “Haven't been to Sonic since food was delivered by a server on roller skates on a tray that would hang on your door window. I saw that they served hot dogs, so ordered one. Problems started with the touch screen and card payment. The display said card problem and wouldn't accept a tip because the touch screen didn't accept touches. I called the order button again and the guy said payment didn't go through and I would have to pay the server who would bring a portable card machine. When the server came, she said it was already paid but not a tip. It was all confusing and error-ridden. I have the server a cash tip.
Pretty disappointed with the taste. Not what I had anticipated or had at my own home. Probably won't go back for hot dogs, and probably never go back to this Tunnel Road location.“
