staff was extremely rude. I waited 20 minutes after letting them know I was there to pick up an online order. They served all the walk in customers before even starting work on mine. I finally asked how much longer it would be and was told they had other customers.
I also noticed them printing off receipts for orders and laying them directly on top of open sandwiches. Seems very unsanitary
No one there is wearing a face mask. In the face of this pandemic it was concerning to me that someone preparing my food wasn’t taking every protective measure. That said, it’s completely my choice to get take out occasionally, and it’s important to support the local economy (even franchise economies, as they employee local workers).
