We stopped at Vortex donuts in Asheville on our trip. They have tons of vegan donuts and I was so excited to stop here and let the kids pick donuts in an actual bakery for the first time! They both had their hearts set on chocolate frosted with rainbow sprinkles before we even walked in and my heart sank because they were right next to peanut butter flavored donuts in the case and no guarantee that the donuts wouldn’t be contaminated by the glazing trays even if the employee...read full review
Best donuts I’ve ever tasted. Great vegan selection. The staff is fantastic. We stopped by after closing time and they gave us a bag of donut holes. If you want a donut in Asheville go to Vortex.
