I had high expectations for Vue 1913 and don’t feel like they were satisfied.The menu was a bit limited, but no doubt quality ingredients.I got the sea bass which was very tasty. But my lemon tonic drink was not good… come to find out, rose water tastes like soap.My wife got the scallops, chefs mushrooms, and garden salad. The view was beautiful and it was sunset. The ambience was very warm and everyone was attentive but not intrusive. Our waiter Ben was exceptional and took excellent care of our table. The food was heavenly, we had the Sea Bass and the Lobster Pasta. Everything was excellent!

Ben is such a delightful human. He is an asset to the establishment and makes you feel instantly welcomed and appreciated. Ben's competence and attitude is such a breath of Asheville mountain fresh air. If you are lucky enough to be there when he is on the waitstaff, you will have a delightful time.
