We own 2 weeks here, a week in June and a week in August. We’ve had these units for about 12 years and love it. Ocean front view off the balcony, view of the intercostal and Moorhead from the other side. Basketball court, tennis and pickle ball courts. It’s a 10 minute bike ride the the circle, 10 minute car ride to the Foodlion grocery story, just across the bridge there is a really nice Lowe’s Food grocery store as well.
