On a beach trip from Raleigh, my friends and I will never miss a YUMMY trip to SUB TROPICS. And there are many!
It is conveniently located at the beach on the main road, Ford Macon Road en route to the Circle and other Atlantic Beach public shorelines. We have been looking for a great deli in the Atlantic Beach area and didnt even know this was here ! The sandwiches are awesome !! One of the best I have ever had! Great selection of unique meats and cheeses! Def need a bigger sign and hopefully social media will blow this place up!
Subs were really good! The people are super nice! They welcomes my Frenchie and even gave him some ham. I definitely recommend!
