Beachgoers can shop local and stop in for something refreshing and will love colorful Sub Tropics - a sandwich, wrap and smoothie spot that's located in the heart of Atlantic Beach, just off the Atlantic Beach Causeway. “It is a typical Subway shop. Our sandwiches were good. We had to wait awhile because there was only one worker in the store. He had to ring-up the order, then prepare it. If paying with cash, this shop doesn't accept bills above $20. They also don't do BOGOs.

Parking: It is a parking lot for a strip mall shopping center. Handicap spaces are available. The lot is paved except for a small section which is cobblestone.

Wheelchair accessibility: The walk to the shop is concrete. There are no barriers. Access through the shop's door should not be a problem.“
