“Part wine bar, part coffee shop. Popped into Cru on a Thursday afternoon while visiting Beaufort for a conference, and was pleasantly surprised by their wine selection. Fair priced bottles and most of their selection seems to be for folks that know what they're looking for - lots of Old World wines and great vintages. I didn't stay for a flight of wine (it was like 11am and didn't want to be judged!), but the flight prices were a great deal! Pick four wines, and you received a pour of each for half price. Will definitely return when I'm back in the evening, this place also has a full bar and looks like they pull in a cool crowd in the evenings.“
“The ultimate dive bar of all dive bars. Cash only, banging griddle, 5 pool tables, warn down floors, exposed construction.. DIVE BAR USA. Absolutely obsessed. Uncle and cousin brought us here under an extreme recommendation. Rolled in with a party of 7 coming off a day on the water. Absolutely epic, cheap eats and reasonable priced phenomenal food. O ya and it’s dog friendly! If I’m ever within an hour of here ILL BE BACK.“
“We have a time share here which based on the week you stay it can cost anywhere from $50 a week to a few thousand. Last time I checked they have a few time shares still available. Despite having my week in November I still enjoyed it and did some fishing, flew a kite, went to the aquarium (a must see only a mile down the road) They do most of their repairs in the off season so that is one thing to consider but didn't bother us at all.“
“I ordered a package of mini orange scones that according to online should have contained 9 scones. When I arrived home, I discovered there were only 6 in the bag. I tried calling multiple times to let them know and no one answered the phone. There wasn't an answering machine so could not leave a message. The salad and sandwich were delicious, but disappointed number of scones they gave me were not the same as indicated online.“
“Not a bad place to grab something quick but I wasn’t super impressed. Don’t bother telling them how to cook your eggs. They’ll just cook however they want. Lol. Overall the food was pretty decent, but I don’t necessarily think I’ll come back.“
