I deducted a star on food, just for changes in the menu that didn't serve our group of difficult-to-feed eaters. What may have felt lacking in the menu was MORE than made up for by our server! The restaurant had good food and decent service but was missing everything needed for the place to move from 4 to 5 stars in my opinion. I waited at the entrance for 20 min because it was crowded. This is understandable but no one greeted the line that had formed or informed us of the wait. Servers had just a few to many tables keeping their attention thin. Prices were a little high to be getting food on paper plates.

This is a super casual restaurant right on the water. We had an inside table upstairs since it was a bit windy and cool to be outside. Our waiter was very attentive and the food was great.
