“I have been coming here for awhile as I love my server Deb, and Juliet. However, even after coming sometimes every Friday to meet family and friends for a meal out, tonight is the last time. My last 3 visit you can hear the owner yelling at the staff very disrespectful through out the restraunt. Tonight was the worst ever cussing the staff, even in Italian some people do know such foul language. It was to the point that I did not finish my dinner, nor did those dining with me, we wanted our check and to get as far away from there. I will truly miss Deb and Juliet however I can not justify spending my hard earn money for such a terrible experience.“

“WOW! My boyfriend and I recently moved into the area and decided to try out sals a few weeks ago. At that time we got a buffalo chicken pizza & a Hawaiian pizza. Today we decided to try them again and got a margarita pizza, Stromboli, and antipasto salad. Our order was QUICKLY finished and tastes absolutely delicious. Sal is very personable and extremely talented in the kitchen. Our favorite pizzeria by far.“

“I love this restaurant, I have been coming here for over 17 years. I’m so sorry for the unfortunate circumstances that occurred as I was out of the country when this occurred. I got back Sunday 2/25. The first thing I wanted was my chinese food and I ask my daughter to see if they were open and that’s when we found out what happen. I’m totally disgusted and I hope they get the justice they deserved.“

“Stopped in for dinner last night, and since it’s in a little strip mall, I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting much. But as soon as I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. Gigantic art on the walls, high-back wooden chairs carved out of wood, it was a totally different vibe than I anticipated, and in a good way. It was Friday night around 8:00, and the place was packed. Despite that, we got a table almost immediately.

Now, I didn’t care for the salsa. It was a bit too oniony and runny for my taste, but honestly, that’s the only downside. The Birria tacos were phenomenal. The portion of meat was huge, and for around $19, it was an exceptional value. The guys I was with all ordered different things, and they were just as impressed as I was. The service? Absolutely stellar. No complaints there.

So yeah, other than the salsa not being the best I’ve ever had, it’s a minor issue compared to how good everything else was. I’ll definitely be going back.“

Vegetarian options: It's Chinese. They have lots of veggies!!

Dietary restrictions: I would think if you asked them to cook with different oil or maybe not use as much it would be very healthy. Im sure it already is.

Parking: It's located in a strip mall with 4 other businesses so the parking lot is huge.

Kid-friendliness: It is a very small dining room area actually the place is mostly behind the counter so I would say it's kind friendly I guess.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up on the curb.“

“The food was good. Our order was promptly taken and prepared. It did take about 10 mins or so but that's because they cook it to order which I can appreciate and respect. The food came out fresh and hot and delicious. The jumbo shrimps are really good. The chicken is good. You definitely get more chicken than anything but I'm not mad at that. My friend ordered steak but he didn't get as much steak as he expected. They were skimp on the steak but overall everything was delicious. I appreciate them cleaning and keeping the place well clean. A young male was mopping while we were eating Sunday night and if I can just throw in some advice, please put down wet floor signs while you're mopping and afterwards. Could save you from a lawsuit. No signs were out while he mopped or afterwards and I was praying Noone fell including me. I love the clear cups you're given for water. If you order water. I don't know but it seems it makes the ice water taste even better in those cups and I always take my cup Home with me. Those are good quality clear plastic cups so shouts out for that. You can watch the guy through the window cook the food. Which I think is pretty cool. It's a very small.cozy type place which I love as well because I'm not a fan of crowds and packed places to eat at. I love the atmosphere and the peace you have eating here. The staff are about business strictly and I like that. No one is horse playing around and you are taken care of prompt. My friend got a cheesecake slice and it was good. Small slice for the price but good. This isn't My first time here at this location and won't be my last. 5 stars and I appreciate all.you do. Thank you 😊 do u recommend yes. “The food is amazing. I used to think Red Wok and Shelby had the best Chinese food but now Hong Kong Restaurant in Cherryville is my favorite. The people that run. The restaurant are so nice and they are so much you can choose from their egg rolls are amazing their crab raccoons, the cream cheese raccoons are amazing, everything that I have had so far has been so amazing and so different from what I was used to“

I just wish resturant pricing would back down a bit.
I have eaten there since 99, and its the best food, but remembering a $10 meal that is now $22! That is for the 1/4 chicken plate, with hushpuppies and fries, with a large ice tea and a bananna pudding, so a great deal by todays inflated rates!

“Throughly enjoyed my ribeye except what kind of meat was it. Some of it was tough. The garlic butter didn't melt. And being here the second time. Bake potato was cold wouldn't even melt the cheese and not cooked through. Plus my husband asked for the same batter that they used on the shrimp for the fish. Absolutely 💯 perfect . The restaurant need to add it to the menu for fish and Chip with malt vinegar. He comes from England. More business for you“

“This place has not been remodeled or updated since the 80's so it does not look appealing at all. The food was excellent (sausage omelette, wheat toast, and gravy), the sausage was some of the best I've ever had, the servers were all very friendly, and the price felt like it was a little high, but everything does these days. Wish I could have rated 3.5 stars but the staff was good enough that I rounded up.“
