I have dined at Hell or High Water twice now. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff is amazing. If you have the opportunity, make reservations on the rooftop for a fantastic view. Will be back.

Hell or High Water Restaurant is spectacular. The food is out of this world delicious and made from scratch. Ordered smoked trout appetizer, seasonal pumpkin Old Fashioned, boneless ribeye medium rare, Maritake Mushrooms, thin crispy fries with garlic cream sauce, and the best grilled cheese. Service is excellent and welcoming, with relaxed cozy ambiance and crisp Halloween evening patio view. The red wine and glass of wine with the dish. Guests love the flavor surprise and the relaxed ambiance. Highly recommend this restaurant.
