If you close the lobby you should at a minimum put up a sign stating that, and inform the customers waiting in line that they will not be served. ideally you would serve those already in line. Not only did they just ghost the lobby leaving around 10 people waiting with no explanation, they quit serving I'm the middle of my party's order. the only reason I knew they stopped was I heard the manager tell the cashier not to take any more lobby orders.
Today we decided to try curbside with this location after having issues in the past. Ordered at 10:40 for 6 people. Got to the restaurant & to curbside & alerted the app that we were there. There was a major line around the building & the dining room was closed, so we expected to have a longer wait time. 30 minutes went by & we called multiple times & finally got an answer. When CJ answered, he said that their curbside system had been down & he had to look the order up manually....read full review
