Food Trucks in Boone

“I moved my daughter into App State and found this awesome Mexican food truck! We had their Asada (steak) tacos, Mexican elote (corn) and chips with lime and hot sauce, can’t forget the Mexican glass coke. I highly recommend! Will be back when we visit. My daughter will be a regular now living in Boone. Gracias! 🇲🇽“
