The new drive-thru ordering system is asinine. Two employees come out (pouring rain or not) and one walks to your window, writes your order down on a sheet of paper, then passes it to their co-worker, who reads everything into a headset. Everything I could have just said into the speaker. You don't get to look over the menu. If you ask to look at the menu, they move on to the next car. They have no idea what your total is, because of course they are not adding it all up. The last...read full review
What is the good of having a Kiosk, if you don't allow customers to use it when your busy. The whole purpose of the Kiosk is to speed up the ordering process! I love Wendy's, but having to continuely wait in long lines is getting old. I thought with the new kiosk ordering system the long wait times to order would lessen. The drive-thru crew goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. The menu features spicy options, including the Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich. However, orders have sometimes been forgotten or were just lacking, and the fries can be a bit skimpy. The overall experience at Wendy's is enjoyable and satisfying.
