I find that as soon as the chicken starts to cool down, it gets very chewy. And never taste good warmed up. The fries are great, and the coleslaw is just perfect. But I get so disappointed in the chicken. It's definitely not like it use to be.
I ordered the big zax snack. I got one tender and basically 2 chicken nuggets. I counted the fries before I ate. 12. Pitiful. Pre pandemic Zaxbys would generally add a tender to compensate but not now. Not a very good deal for 9 bucks. KFC here I come next
