I had an exceptional experience at the Arby’s in Sanford, NC, thanks to the incredible service provided by the shift manager, Kindra. I returned today with a receipt after being dissatisfied with my roast beef sandwich from the previous day. Without hesitation and with the utmost professionalism, she refunded my money and assured me, “I am going to make it right for you.” True to her word, she promptly prepared a fresh replacement sandwich.
Her kindness, efficiency, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly impressed me. It’s rare to see such dedication in fast food, and she went above and beyond to ensure I left happy. This level of service is what keeps customers coming back! Kudos to her and the entire team at Arby’s Sanford for their top-notch customer care.

“I seldom get food from Hardee's but I wanted something to drink and stopped there. The food is ok but not memorable with exception to the discontinued 6.99 burger. It was offered about a decade ago and it was my favorite fast food burger hands down. Regardless, I stopped there for convenience and an immediate need.“

“I had an incident this past Saturday where I received the wrong biscuit and missing another biscuit. It took some time for me to get my food I ordered but they corrected it for me and there biscuits still are the tastiest I have had in town“

“I Do No Recommend This Hardee’s To Any At 10:31 7/21/21 I order my food and forget to ask for an upsize so I ask at the window the lady is obviously a Manager so I ask can she make it a medium she then tells me no ur food it’s already up and cashes me out then says my food Will me out shorty like wth ain’t no way never again just wait I get corporate number I work at Hardee’s 4 year I ain’t never heard a manger tell someone no we can’t upsize very unprofessional Food was good u just don’t talk to ppl like that“

“Store is extremely clean! Staff are polite! Sometimes there’s a wait but it’s worth it for that fresh & hot meal. Makes dinners convenient and is my preferred spot out of the usual haunts. That and the fries - hot with extra seasoning <3“

“The Monster and the Boss is good for all those meat lovers out there I even get extra meat trust me you won't be disappointed. Perfect for parents who don't feel like cooking after a long day depending on the child you may have half a sandwich for the kids to eat for lunch the next day, such a time saver.“
