“Blown away by how good the food was. Shrimp and scallop plate was probably the best fried plate I've ever had. Potato salad was delicious and quintessentially southern. The Cole slaw was "perfect". The hush puppies were not my style but still good and not greasy. The tarter and cocktail sauce is made in house and
outstanding. Overall, a wonderful find. Highly recommend.“

Curley’s Cafe is truly one of those hidden gems you’re grateful to stumble upon. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the warmest, most attentive waitresses — you can feel the genuine hospitality. It’s not just a restaurant; it’s a family-run blessing.
I tried the new “Frankie’s” sandwich and WOW — it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were on point, and I paired it with some crispy fried okra that hit the spot. My husband went for the double cheeseburger, and it was so massive and flavorful he could barely finish it!
The owner Matt and his family clearly put their hearts into every part of this place, from the kitchen to the table. You can taste the love and care in every bite. Curley’s isn’t just a meal — it’s an experience. We’ll definitely be back!“

“We tried this place after seeing it on Yelp and am glad we did! We had a reservation for 10 (4 adults and 6 kids/teens) and were seated immediately. We were in and out in an hour which is unbelievable for MB during Spring Break. Food, drinks, dessert, and portions were all great!“

“I had my April 2024 wedding here and the experience is almost indescribable. I had this venue booked for more than a year, and as you can imagine, I had a lot of questions. I communicated with the manager, Marnie, more than 100 times via email and I ALWAYS received a quick response with my questions answered even with my events months down the line. The food and staff at this venue are amazing. My wedding went off without a hitch and all the compliments were on the food, friendly staff, and beautiful panoramic views of the beach. The food was great! We served the pecan chicken and a pasta station. The guests raved about the chicken and waffle slider appetizer as well. As soon as the dances were over and we sat at our sweetheart table we were immediately greeted with food from Marnie and a staff member. This goes to show their level of professionalism and attentiveness. The kids' food was also served first and that impressed parents. I was told this was the first wedding that occurred and they were thrilled. I only have wonderful things to say. You will not be let down with any event you host at the Isles. Thanks Marnie!! You guys are amazing. I need to find another event to throw just so I can come back!“

“The resturant to enjoy a sit down excellent meal in Sunset Beach NC. I had the grouper special and a spicy Bloody Mary, it was a delicious experience, I was surprised and thrilled to eat this meal, the sweet potato fries were excellent. when the next couple sat and asked what’s good, I couldn’t stop myself for yelling out the groupper is fresh and to die for. The service was excellent and they will be opening the down stair with live music for the summer. This is going to a daily spot to visit daily. Thank you to the cook and Christy.“

“Our waitress Pam who normally works third shift was awesome and everyone on first shift was so friendly, they made our first meal at the beach spectacular. The food was beyond words, so totally delicious, Brice is the greatest cook I've have had the pleasure of meeting.We also got to meet Bethany who was from around our area back in Virginia.
