This is the best ice cream shop! We have been coming here for years. Great customer service! Homemade with quality fresh ingredients. It NEVER disappoints. Loyal customer for life. Lots of great family vacation memories involve a trip to Calabash Creamery.

Based on the reviews, Calabash Sweets & Ice Cream offers plenty of ice cream and gelato flavors to choose from, and the ice cream is very good. They also have a huge selection of candy, souvenirs, and fun calabash shirts with discounted toys. However, the service can be inconsistent; while some ladies were friendly, one poor young girl was not happy when asked to make an açai bowl. The prices are a bit spendy, with a med/small'ish milkshake at $11.99 and a small açai bowl for $13. The seating is limited to a few tables inside and a couple of benches outside. A major warning is that they will not allow paying customers to use their restroom.
