“Location has moved to birch street. Stopped in yesterday. There was a new guy. Can’t remember his name for the life of me. Said it was his first day. Wouldn’t have believed it! Seemed like he’s been making sandwiches his entire life! Top notch location with great people.“

“I work at the Hertz thats behind them. I can always count on them remembering what i got last time, down to the condiments even! Steve is a very kind man, and his workers clearly enjoy the job. The food is always on point, especially their Ruben Sandwiches. I try hard not to eat lunch here everyday, but its hard not to when theyre so good!“

“We've had awesome experiences there, and before this evening I would've given 5 stars for sure. We ordered online to be picked up by us, which we've done before with no issues. Well apparently today someone took our order so we had to wait for fresh stuff. Cool, I appreciate that. I also would've appreciated an actual apology and my order to be completely correct, but I also should've checked before leaving. I didn't expect anything for free, but an apology would've been great, maybe an offer for a drink while we waited, a cookie in the bag, a coupon for next time, something. But again, I wasn't expecting anything except for what I paid for in advance (and tipped on!). There were way too many people behind the counter for orders to be mistakenly taken, and then not even a friendly sincere apology or everything I'd asked for. Definitely will think about spending money here again.

***Update: I felt compelled to change my rating after receiving a personal phone call from Tyler, I believe the general manager. Although we didn't speak, I was very surprised and impressed that he'd even go through the trouble of calling me. That speaks volumes about what type of business they're running, and I appreciate it!“

“We’ve vacationed here for almost 20 years. It’s tradition that we get bagels the first morning and return a few more times during the week. We’ve always had fresh bagels, great service, and we love the mixture of NYC and Eastern North Carolina charm.

“Can’t recommend this location enough! If you’re heading fishing or going to the beach, what’s better than grabbing a few subs? We came at lunch time during peak season and there was a line almost out the door. With a line that long, we only waited around 5 minutes to get our subs. Jersey Mikes makes the best subs on planet earth.“

“This is easily the best Subway in town. I came in today and was served by two beautiful girls. The previous customer before me was quite rude to them, but they still managed to serve me with a smile on their face. The sweet ginger girl was in training and shes absolutely amazing!!! Usually when I come to places like this, I don’t tend to tip, but I couldn’t help but slip a five into their little jar… I can happily say that my food was fresh and delicious! They’re truly amazing. “The other night I came in right before closing after a really long day. I believe the gentleman’s name was Andrew, but he really did make my day better. Normally when you go somewhere right before closing time, the employee is annoyed, but not him. He greeted me and the gentleman that came in behind me with a smile and some banter. He was just so kind to me after I’d had a long week and I appreciate it so much.“

“Kyla is awesome! She always remembers my order, which is a Giant #15, toasted. Not only that, but she ensures it’s cut in half, and she’s always friendly and kind. She is the epitome of what a stellar staff member should be!

I would also like to mention that there was a day recently when I was having a pretty awful day and wasn’t feeling like myself. Kyla, without knowing my situation, left me a kind gesture and drew a tiny fish on the wrapping of my sandwich (because it’s a tuna sub). All that to say, she’s a clear accentuation of the company’s values and deserves recognition.“
