“We visited the area the week of Aug. 2-6. Our first visit. Take out only. Not a problem. They have a system to get you in and out quickly, with hot food, done as ordered. I eat my hotdogs pretty plain, husband eats his ATW. We loved our food. We ate outside on one of several small booths. This is a locally owned business. We strive to find these when we travel. Glad we found this one.“

“My wife and I came here on a recent trip to Asheville off a recommendation from a friend, we were not disappointed. We ordered two different types of burgers and the sauce flight, it was all incredible. Very unique atmosphere, which to be fair is all of Asheville, but this particular spot had phenomenal food too and we would 100% come back given the chance. Very innovative and envelope pushing “bar food”, which I almost don’t even want to call it“

“I have written less than 10 reviews in my life. However, I felt inclined to write this. My partner and I are Australian and earlier this year we travelled extensively throughout the US. We stopped in here in May 2024 and had the pleasure of being served by Gabriel. He was charismatic, kind and efficient. He made us feel extremely welcome and the whole experience could not be faulted. We look back on this with great fondness as it was a standout for us in terms of both food and service. We had the oriental chicken salad and ribs. Gabriel introduced us to some of his colleagues and showed genuine interest in what we had to say about Australia, as well as how much we love the US. He is a credit to the establishment. We thought of Gabriel, as well as other residents in Asheville, and the broader community, when we heard about the impacts of Hurricane Helene. I believe her name is Macie. Also A++ employee. So Sonic. If you want those profitable stores back. Find more Antonio's and Macie's.“

“My go-to McDonalds. This is one of the few McDonald's whose shakes have the right amount of syrup added (last time I checked). I drink a lot of milkshakes, and most McDonald's seem to get the ratio wrong (West Asheville and Weaverville, I'm looking at you). The woman who drives the purple car is also hilarious and pleasant to talk to. Food is usually pretty fresh. I've never experienced their ice cream machine down.“

“Solid place, had the cookout burger, fries, and onion rings. Line was long but the service was super quick and efficient getting everyone throufh the line. better than regular fast food place. my meal with a large drink and two sides was only $9.61 which is incredible given the time were in.

“rush me to order when trying to place one I wanted a #1 and another meal with the order .wouldn't not let me finish instead she proceeded with cutting me off and said ok a #1 with a milk I'm lactose so why would I ask for milk she acting like she was ordering for herself i know you have to make drive thru times. Just work on having a little more patience with customers you only have selected things to drink anyway so give people time to choose . “I have been to many fast food restaurants since the pandemic first came about and have had issues in one form or another at each and every one of them. But let me tell you about this crew at Wendy’s on Smokey park…. From the moment you walk in the door until you walk out they are the most polite and cheerful group. They acknowledged us when we came in and the cashier was stocking the condiments and cleaning the drink counter. She said I will be right with you and quickly finished up what she had started and came to take our order. The employees in the back cooking and assembling went right to work getting our order together. I made a mistake on my order and she quickly allowed me to fix it and was gracious about it and not rude like other places have been. We sat down and ate and others came in and they were just as polite. It was like a breathe of fresh air in these trying times we are in. 1000000% would recommend you eating here and seeing what I got to witness today.“
