The staff lost one of our companions orders then were rude when we asked for it! It took over 30mins to get our food all while the employees friends received theirs without ordering!!! Their friends also had their socks and shoes off picking their feet, ewww! To top it off we were asked to leave because they thought we left a review which we had not until now!! Do not ever eat here. BOJANGLES SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR LEAVING THIS ESTABLISHMENT OPEN!!
Not sure who manage this place but it’s dirty. Tables and floor were dirty. Floor was wet and stinking. Men’s bathroom smells awful and seems it has never been cleaned for days. Stains in the urinals and water on the floor. Fried chicken batter didn’t even stick to the chicken. Dirty rice tasted old and dry. Mashed potato and gravy was good. I ate at another Bojangle yesterday at Swansboro and it was amazing.
Went here for a snack about 8pm. Was only customer. Chicken was dry likely from too much time under a heat lamp.
Bo's is usually good food but maybe not later in the day.
