Went in for dinner at 5:00, for to go , they were already out of sides , ?? Lots of employees, just standing around , need more attention to product availability, and acknowledging the situation. , might gain more customers.
Don’t get me wrong, I love me some Bo’s but not this location. I ordered on the app for curbside. Arrived and parked and they never brought my food out. I went in and then they looked at me like “yeah it’s right here”. Frustrating.

I read reviews prior to going but tried it anyway. My wife and I were the only ones in drive thru and store was vacant of customers. We ordered an eight pieces meal with potatoes and gravy and rice. Paid $29.95. We had to wait nearly 10 minutes cause there was no chicken ready and we did not receive our gravy order. In addition the biscuits were very thin.
