“Really good bagels but nearly $6 for a bagel with cream cheese! I’ve been 3 times and it’s always consistent— the S&P bagel is so good! Breakfast sandwiches are delicious but over $10! I’m from CA and even in San Francisco you’d be hard pressed to find a bagel that’s $6– maybe a breakfast sandwich but not a bagel with cream cheese. The cream cheese is DELICIOUS! Chewy bagels. The two young women I’ve seen at the register have been unfriendly and somewhat cranky each time I come in.“

“My friends and I eat here one or twice a month and generally love it. My one complaint is that they never have peppered bacon for the breakfast bagels any more. It’s shown in all the pictures of breakfast bagels, but never is available. Please bring it back.“

“Went here a while back. I’m from the northeast and I know it’s kind of difficult to find bagels around these parts that are good. I don’t personally actively search for them, but the bagels here a pretty good, nothing to boast about, but still good. I got 2 bagels. One was the signature Salmon Sandwich. This was tasty, with the lox spread and capers. Wasn’t overwhelming with the fishiness. Then I also got the Farmhouse Sandwich, if you want the ultimate breakfast sandwich, this is the one to get, it’s got everything and more and the bread is so savory.“

“This is my happy place. They put so much care into making your bagels and they are always smiling & kind. The service is prompt, excellent and very consistent. And the bagels and sandwiches are delicious. I highly recommend and I love that they have healthy, high protein, low-calorie options and are very flexible with customizations.“

“First time in Raleigh and was looking for a bar and some coffee. I didn’t think I would get both until we went to Sir Walter Coffee. Painkiller cocktail and salted caramel espresso martinis were incredible. Super friendly atmosphere and Matteo makes awesome drinks. Highly recommend 👍🏼“

“Of the Bruegger's Bagels in the area, this location has the best bagels in my opinion. There doesn't seem to be consistency across the franchise in terms of quality but this particular location makes nice thick round bagels with the everything bagel fully seasoned on both sides. The only knock is the lack of online order but they actually pick up the phone for call ins. Other locations don't bother picking up the phone anymore and their bagels are not as good. They are in a small shopping strip near a Walmart Supercenter which makes it convenient to pick up bagels and groceries if you are in the area. I highly recommend this location.“

“We came in on a Sunday afternoon not realizing that they were about to close but they were so nice to us and glad to help us even though we caught them in the middle of cleaning up. This has been my favorite coffee shop for over 30 years and I'm glad to see on the rare occasions make it back to Raleigh that is one thing that hasn't changed.“

“I have been coming here for years, and I always marvel at just how sincerely friendly, upbeat, and efficient an operation this is...as with any business, there is constant turnover, but for the last few years I have been consistently impressed with Jess, Elley, Niki, and Kat--they always remember what I like and always treat me with such kindness, warmth, and courtesy. “If you live in Raleigh and you want bagels, this is the store to go to. The staff are extremely friendly and they take the time to make everything really well. I drive almost 20 miles to get here and it’s worth it.

I don’t come here because I expect them to make my breakfast in 30 seconds, but because this store consistently makes the best, chewiest bagels anywhere around. ❤️🥯“

“Egg sandwiches used to be a favorite of mine before I went vegan. This sandwich had it all! Hashbrown patty, egg, cheese. I could take or leave the sausage, but it definitely hit the spot. Hubs got the wrap and a side of hashbrowns. Everything was great!“

“We order bagels for the family through the app on most Sunday mornings. We've only ever had one order messed up, so I'm happy with those odds. They don't allow inside seating so get it to go or eat at one of the 3-4 tables on the sidewalk.“
