I took my mother in at 12:50pm this afternoon and spoke with the employee at the counter who said they weren’t accommodating the B1G1 classic sundae rewards promotion due to being “short staffed and too busy”. There were three employees in eyesight, one with her back to the work counter looking off into the dining area.
