“We were passing through Raleigh with a family member who was the only one who’d ever visited or lived here and that was over 30 Years Ago! When we were looking for a place to eat after a drive someone said the name Char-Grill and she said we immediately had to pull in. She had never mentioned this place in over 30 years and we were just hearing about it now. The experience was great! You fill in 20th century style menus of what you want and pop it through the slot and then you pay and get food! The Burger was great and tasted similar to Portillo’s in Florida if you’ve ever been there. 5/5 Rating!“

“Came around before closing but i wish hours changed to overnight like other cookouts so everything be available at this location .. I work overnight and want something to eat . But all restaurants close at midnight .. but service great .. food is excellent“

“Several years ago I tried and then purchased several bags of their Pop Snacks. While you can add hummus, peanut butter, etc to them, I love to snack on them without any toppings when I get the munchies while working. Guilt free snack at only 15 calories a “pop”! After reading other reviews, sounds like there are lots of other healthy options to try as well!“

“Top reasons I love the Cardinal Bar Berkeley Springs WV Consistent hours above and beyond I can recommend and show up everytime ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can show up at 12:05pm or 1:55am or anytime in between and also get the same great service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s my “Cheers” and I always feel safe and at home there and if it’s late the majority of the staff has me send a text when I get home and if I don’t answer I get a text. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The vibe is always fun and a great mix of our entire community!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I binge watched “Bar Rescue” And it’s the first place I’ve ever seen follow all the rules!! ❤️❤️❤️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They make the best hot dogs ever!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Zack and Nick are pretty flipping cool and great new friends here!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall I recommend by all of these stars and they have music games and a pool table!!“

“My husband and I participated in a group motorcycle ride and we ended here to enjoy a sweet treat. Staff worked quickly to provide service to everyone. The made a mistake with my order but when I pointed out they quickly corrected the problem, making me a new custard. They do not skimp on the toppings at all. I had nits with every bite. There is a fountain out front and a number of sitting areas. There is a good size parking lot which was able to accommodate all of our bikes“

“A shining ray of hope when I found myself having to abruptly get a motel room overnight. Saw Cook Out was within walking distance, so I had my driver drop me there. I've been stuck in Oklahoma for a couple of years without good food & this more than made up for it.“

“I got the mozzarella Korean Corndog. It was pretty good. It has a sweet taste to it. It is cooked fresh when you order it. It’s something you have to have a taste for and will definitely fill you up. It’s not much room to sit and enjoy your food so best bet is to order to go. Super crowded. Actually reminded me of my time in Korea for real how congested it is in the market.“
