“I ordered a turkey club and some other customization...cheese and mayo with requesting the toppings be on the side...oil and vinegar tomatoes etc on the side...you know the wet toppings that if left on to long will cause the bread to be soggy. NOTHING but the cheese was put on my sub and no bacon or lettuce.....I want to add the instructions.. I am upset because by them changing my cheese to White American is proof that they did read the request. I really don't like ordering from this location....I know I sound like a Karen.... but I ordered through the app and just asked for my toppings to be on the side so I could eat the sandwich later.
I usually avoid this location...last time I ordered they didn't include my drink and chips that I paid for. This is ridiculous“

“We came in really late and they still took our orders, so good service on that front. I got the Big Kahuna chicken sub. It was decent. Their rosemary bread is really good, tho! We came because we got a coupon for a BOGO sub deal. $16 for the two of us, including drinks. Pretty sweet deal. May come back when we get another coupon in the mail!The restaurant itself was pretty standard, your typical fast food sandwich place. Ambiance is typical in that regard.“
“As a person with Celiac I am incredibly thankful for my experience at this Jersey Mike's. I mentioned having Celiac when I came in when about to order and the guy who took my order immediately changed my gloves and prevented cross contamination as much as he could. I am very appreciative.“
“We've been to this location a number of times. The service is always spot on. The sandwiches are always high quality and consistency. This happens if it is busy or not. The prices don't seem to be too inflated either. Still one of our favorites.“
“We did a pickup order thru the app for this store while out of town for work. We got super lost & ended up not getting to the store before closing. I called them & an extremely nice employee said he would be happy to meet me at the door with the food even though they would be closed. We ended up only being 2 minutes late, but the employee was amazing, and the food was awesome as always. Thanks to Alex for helping make our frustrating day so much better.“
