They took the time to package everything so that it was easy to set up and ensured limited touching/exposure and made it so easy for pick up. Don’t even get me started on the quality and taste....let’s just say we had no problem finding people to take the leftovers. Would definitely recommend Guasaca for any size gathering.“

“Placed a large order here $350+ for Tacos for a Sherwin Williams Lunch and Learn event. We have bought tacos from many different places for this event but Rancho Grande was amazing. They had everything ready seconds before I got there! On top of that they had one of their employees load up the car for me and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. The tacos themselves were excellent and our customers and contractors were THRILLED! One of the best catering orders we’ve done so far all thanks to Taqueria Rancho Grande. “First off, don't be put off by the exterior. This restaurant is in a strip mall by bass pro, and look like your typical cheap takeout place. That being said the food was fantastic. I've never had Peruvian before, but will definitely come back. The Yuca fries were crisp with a super tasty sauce, the beef saltado was delicious, and the fried rice I got was like no other fried rice I've ever had. Flavorful, with several types of meat, and little crunchy sprouts. Plus the spicy sauce they bring to the table really elevates everything. Service was ok. We weren't checked on other than to bring our food and one drink refill, but other than that its well worth the visit.“

“I love empanadas and was excited to see an empanada stall in the food hall. I ordered the spinach, pepperoni, and beef flavors along with a spinach and cranberry side salad. They presented the food on a lunch tray and the presentation was executed well. The spinach salad did not contain any spinach instead it had spring lettuce but the flavor combination was nice. I enjoyed the salad dressing it was appetizing. The 3 empanadas were ok but I wish the crust was crispier and I was not fond of the flavors in the filling. The mild Chimichurri sauce had some nice bold flavors that I enjoyed. The customer service from the cashier was great. All in all a good experience. If I try them again I would try different flavors.“
