MunchiLove really lives up to the love in its name! 💛 It’s been such a sweet addition to the area—exactly what we needed. While my son is at Cor4 Fitness for Speed School or getting tutoring at Sylvan, I can relax with a delicious latte (the strawberry white mocha is my favorite ☕) or a fresh pastry—highly recommend the blueberry cream cheese muffins 🫐🧁!

Found this great new coffee shop at Governors Village… Zach the head barista made me an excellent latte… You could tell it was made with care and love for his art!
The place is super clean plenty of seating inside and outside, brand new… High quality! Please support this coffee shop… We need one at Governors Village and we need them to stay because they are so good! Bring your friends over and let’s give them a warm welcome!

The pastry selection is diverse and constantly updated, offering a wide range of options. The blueberry cream cheese muffin is a favorite, the cookies are particularly delicious, and the Dominican Republic inspired muffin with pineapple was amazing. The savory selection is also increasing. The service is warm and friendly, and it feels like home. Kids and pets are welcome. The only downside is the patio, which has no shade, making it hard to work on a laptop and too hot for dogs. Adding umbrellas or a canopy would make this place perfect.
