“Celebrated Chinese New Year with friends on Sunday at Lunch time. We were the only table but they were very busy with takeout orders. We ordered Happy Family, General Taos Chicken. Seafood Delight, Chicken wings, steamed Broccoli, noodles and pork dish and shared. All of the dishes were very good and the waitress took time to take photos for us.“

“I had brunch with my family today at Mama Dips in Chapel Hill. We were greeted by the warm and friendly manager who took us to a premier table. They quickly set up a high chair for my Grand Daughter. The food was delicious, fresh and perfectly cooked. I will be back with my family next time we are CH.“

“Relaxing music and free WiFi. British breakfast is my favorite among their hot teas. I had the egg white Avocado and Spinach. Was able to switch the bagel for wheat bread, which made it good for my diet. Thank you Panrera for an diet friendly and enjoyable item.“

“Staff is always friendly and relatable. Food is absolutely delicious. The pomegranate drink tastes wonderful if you add a little sugar 😉. Also, I can tell they work very hard, it shows in how they work together as a team. 10/10 would recommend.“

“Every time I come to this location (which is literally almost every day), I am met with great customer service from the moment I walk in the door. I love the fact that I have so many options to choose from, but not so many that it's overwhelming. If I have questions, they have the answers and if not, they find it for me to the best of their ability. My food is delicious, granted I have my faves that I get regularly. Any hiccups, they promptly correct and do it without attitude. Please be cognizant that this location is at the mall, therefore it is VERY VERY busy during certain times. I have seen many customers get very angry and treat the staff poorly. They are doing the best they can. Please show some kindness, patience, & understanding and if you are incapable of that, then it's probably not the best location for you to visit. And just a message for the staff there, I appreciate you, your hard work, and helping me to have a good meal when I can't or don't want to cook for myself and my family. ALL of those things mean A LOT, more than you know!!!“
