Custimer service poor, several young employees standing around having personal conversations while there is a line. Waited for a fresh pretzel which took too long and no one was monitoring oven until I asked about it..
Purchased pretzel bites to share with my nieces. They were scorched and tasted that way. They offered something else telling me they were having trouble with the ovens. I accepted a pretzel but when I turned it over it was scorched on the bottom too. They said they had some other pretzel bites that were not scorched so I accepted them but when I got them they were the same way. I asked for a refund and they said they could not do a refund but could replace it with product but...read full review
