“I get a cake every year for my moms birthday and I took a chance and ordered online…I requested white cake instead of confetti and they made it happen…a lot of time at places the additional instructions are ignored but it made this day easier because this is exactly how my mom wanted it every year…it seems small but it made a birthday without her a little easier..thank you“

“On March 12, I went and picked up an ice cream cake that I ordered online. Had zero issues and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cake came out wonderfully and they were the only one in Charlotte at the time that had World Class Chocolate ice cream. I’m not sure why that’s the case, but this location came through. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt that older reviews appear to be when it was under prior ownership that was a hot mess and to blame, Now things were as I would’ve hoped - quick, efficient and friendly.“

Whether I’m stopping by in the morning for a quick coffee or treating myself to some ice cream in the evening, the staff is always friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The coffee is always fresh, and the drinks are made just the way I like them. I also appreciate how clean the store is, even during busy hours. The Baskin side is a fun bonus — there’s a great variety of flavors, and everything tastes super fresh. It’s the perfect stop for a sweet treat or a pick-me-up during a long day. “I went here today and ordered a strawberry shake. The gentleman that made my shake came outside and told me that he made it special for me. He had the biggest smile and he was so kind. I just wanted to make a review to say that the customer service that I received today was amazing, a big shout out to the man that was so very proud of his strawberry milkshake. It made me smile.“

“This morning I went BR-DD and I had the best experience with a young lady named Crystal. I had a problem with my order and had to go back , I must say it was my fault But she was so professional and smiled the entire time , It was just her demeanor and her charisma and the way she smiled she made the day a better day. It could be hard sometimes when you work with the public , if everyone was like that the world would be a better place.
