“On March 12, I went and picked up an ice cream cake that I ordered online. Had zero issues and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cake came out wonderfully and they were the only one in Charlotte at the time that had World Class Chocolate ice cream. I’m not sure why that’s the case, but this location came through. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt that older reviews appear to be when it was under prior ownership that was a hot mess and to blame, Now things were as I would’ve hoped - quick, efficient and friendly.“

“Wanted a Vanilla/Chocolate Ice cream cake. Walked in and it was right there in the case with about 5 other different varieties of their cakes. Quickly grabbed it and headed to check out where the staff was very friendly. Quickly rang me up and I was on my way. Cake was cutely decorated and was absolutely yummy and fresh.Much better than the grocery store ones.“

“We came in about 15mins to close and we're still greeted with a smile as they were cleaning up. We were immediately helped and not rushed knowing that they were closing soon. Hubby and I needed our ice cream fix and they didn't disappoint. Pralines and cream for him and cookies and cream for me, TASTY!!“

“This store works their tail off no matter how many crew members they have working. They're always worth the wait! Super polite, kind employees and more consistently on target to my order than any other fast food location I've visited nearby (looking at you Starbucks).“

“I went here today and ordered a strawberry shake. The gentleman that made my shake came outside and told me that he made it special for me. He had the biggest smile and he was so kind. I just wanted to make a review to say that the customer service that I received today was amazing, a big shout out to the man that was so very proud of his strawberry milkshake. It made me smile.“

“This morning I went BR-DD and I had the best experience with a young lady named Crystal. I had a problem with my order and had to go back , I must say it was my fault But she was so professional and smiled the entire time , It was just her demeanor and her charisma and the way she smiled she made the day a better day. It could be hard sometimes when you work with the public , if everyone was like that the world would be a better place. May God Bless her and the other employees there, because I didn't see one person complaining .Thanks again!“

“Been here for as long-term and as I can affirm you feed us sweet things since the early 90s and still open the ice cream ? speaks for its self. Thanks. For creamy cold goodness you manage to squeeze in to a candy candy cone on a 100° charlotte nc scorching summer I don't care how bad your day has been going for you. Whenever you walk outdoors magically you 2 scoops better than before you went. My children now have children and I swear it still has the same effect as July 1993 I smile just for me. Oh yeah they got some iced coffee and doughnuts ? as if anything else was needed but appreciated. Please being true to the treats you have been and done for us ?? “I love my precious little heart cake. I went in Monday to use my $5 T-Mobile Tues. coupon. The staff was sweet and she got my number just in case. I had a craving for a really good ice cream cake. I adore Tillamook and Baskin Robins the same. Anyways, to me, I have never had a better ice cream cake than BR. I got mint chocolate chip(mi fav) with the white cake vs. chocolate. I wanted a smaller cake since I'm gonna eat every bite and this was the perfect match. It comes with text so I put a positive affirmation I like to remind myself of. The cake they use with the ice cream is the perfect marriage imo especially for $18. Now I'm off to battle portioning so I don't wear this deliciousness :)“
