I went in there with a big order of three 20 piece boxes. I tried calling ahead, but was put on hold and no one came back on. They were a little overwhelmed when I got there and it took about an hour, but they were very pleasant and made sure the order was correct. Heads up to that particular Bojangles, we are open the last Sunday of the month and people have talked about ordering again! Great job!
They need help yall. Hire some more people cuz poor girl at the register could not keep up. She was taking one order at a time and didn’t take the next persons order until after she finished bagging the previous person’s order. And the morning supervisor left her in the middle of the lunch time rush because she was “tired and ready to go”.. I ordered the chicken Bo bites but they were cooked too long and was so hard that I could barely bite down on them.

On the other hand, some customers have experienced long waits for food and poor greeting from staff. Additionally, the restaurant may not always have popular menu items available, such as the 2 × bird dogs for $5. Despite this, the restaurant has a kind and generous atmosphere, with one manager even paying for a customer's meal. The parking situation is also manageable, with a nearby warehouse providing ample parking space.
