Last three times Ive visted my food is always cold. With no line. I dont care about getting my food in 30secs if its cold and not enjoyable. Also i up sized to a large drink this morning and got like 75% ice. I literately did not any extra drink. Im tired if this location wasting my time and money to be honest.
just a few cars ahead of me still took almost 30 min. Got to speaker muffled voice asked for My order, did not confirm order when I got to window they did not have my order. No apology or anything. I'm guessing they where understaffed at 7pm. Will not return.
The entire night shift ((minus Sam)) exhibited horrible customer service. when I addressed the horrible service, the worker said her friend was not being rude but she just didn't speak English. The staff were all very aggressive, rude and threatening. A man came out the back and said he was the General Manager. He had dark hair and a strong Spanish accent.
