Got 20 nuggets and they only gave me 1 bbq sauce amd said each one is 25cent extra. That's against their policy. Also why was my strawberry cream pie ice cold. It wasn't cooked you can tell. Super ghetto.
God awful! Ordered online. They didn’t have the ice cream. Had to wait 20 minutes on the only other thing I ordered the pies because they had none ready. And when they informed me I had to call the customer service number on the app for a refund I said that really sucks. I was then told if I thought it sucked then what are you doing here you can just leave. Then went to the back and said the MFer can call the number on the door if he wants. It's MCDONALD'S, i get it. I've had bad service at most McDees but this was the worst of the evils. Today, CALI decided it was okay to yell at people to go inside even though we had a drive thru order.I get that maybe you was left alone or whatever but lady pls it aint our faultjust shut down and get out. It was not a good experience. I dont expect much from customer service but oh well.
