On 10-4, I was in the Charlotte NC location @ nortklake perimeter Pkwy. ,Mgr C.Metts and was shocked, totally turned off and repulsed
at the same time.
The employees have the nerve to have a sign stating wear mask ,yet the employees preparing sandwiches have Zero mask or no gloves . ( Except a black middle age gentleman , the mgr?) .
They actually making sandwiches, laughing, joking, breathing on the food with no face coverings or even gloves ! Is this not a ABC health...read full review
well to start off I like this location. today 3/18/21 whoever the girl was on the grill really is trash. threw my sub together and didn't follow any directions I gave to make my sub, bread soggy and no tomatoes in a Mike's Way request. Also the phone goes to a voicemail that's not set up. I'll avoid this location and if I see her on the grill I'll just get a cold sub or leave
Jersey Mike's customer service is outstanding. Grade A! We placed an order through Door Dash and they delivered to the wrong address and the delivery driver was beyond rude. When I called Jersey Mike's and explained to them what happened they not only remade the order without charge, the manager actually delivered the order instead of having us pick it up. Absolutely impressed with their customer service. Well Done Jersey Mike's!!!
