The actual Jimmy John's franchise I think is great but..
The Sharon road location has the worst employees Their conversations with each other and texting is a lot more important to them than the customer standing in front of them giving them details of how they want their sandwich just to be ignored and then treated badly when you make a comment about it.
I can except for customer service anywhere once in a while but this is a continuous thing at this location
