Horrible Experience – Would Give Zero Stars if I Could
I placed an order at JINYA at 6:42 PM after a 5-hour drive to pick up my mother, who had just been discharged from the hospital following a medical emergency. All I wanted was to get her something to eat. The order confirmation stated the food would be ready by 7:10 PM. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:24 PM, but the food wasn’t ready.

We went to the downtown charlotte location, Lara was our server. Horrible experience. Food was meh. They were out of all the drinks we tried to order and instead of telling me what they did have, just kept telling me they were out. They have Coke Zero on the menu, but apparently only have Diet Coke. They were also out of straws, but no one told us. Just only gave us one straw (party of 3).
