“1st time going since they reopened. The young lady at the register was pleasant. They were very busy, but i think she handled the pressure well. When the lobby got crowded a gentleman can from the back to help expedite order distribution. My food was good, not to greasy. I got the Hot Honey chicken combo. We waited about 15 mins for our order. I didn't realize until I got home that my sides were not there. When I got back out took them about 15 mins to give me the sides. There was no issues or attitudes when i asked for what was missing. I'll definitely be going back, right now i have no reason not to. Nice upgrades to the interior. I really like how the back of the chairs are the Colonels bow tie.“
“I picked my food up and I was pleasantly surprised by the mashed potatoes and slaw. The potatoes were HOT and the slaw didn’t have too much onion.BUT, what has happened to the 11 herbs and spices? I tasted about. 4. Those spices are what your best selling point is. I hope you go back to the old recipe.“
“I ordered online and despite the app telling me that my food was ready, I did have a bit of a wait. All was well as the staff was working diligently to get everyone's orders out on time; even with being short staffed.

“I normally have pretty good service at this location but tonight I am really disappointed. after a long drive my family wanted some KFC before going home. We ordered $20 fill up original. the server said it was going to take 20min. That was not a problem for us and told her we would wait. The food came out 7 min later. needless to say it was original and crispy mixed.... No one in my family eats or likes crispy KFC. I've been trying to call them, but no answer. I can't find a corporate number to call.Flag on the play!!!!!I must apologize to the store manager and staff for my review...I called today and spoke with the manager who graciously told me to come in and she would replace my order. when I got to the store and asked for the manager. The lady didn't know what i was talking about. needless to say was at the right store but wrong store for the kind manager...“
“Jayleen is the best employee they have. Best customer service and makes sure the order is right. Ive never had a bad order from this place and I've never met an employee at a KFC as great as he is. Highly recommend coming to this one in Charlotte compared to the rest.“

I just wanted to say how much I miss the chicken wraps at KFC! They were the perfect mix of crispy, flavorful chicken, fresh lettuce, and delicious sauce all wrapped up in a soft tortilla — simple, satisfying, and affordable. They were great for lunch, dinner, or a quick snack on the go.
