“The lady at the drive through is the kindest woman I have ever met. She is very intentional about being kind from the moment you reach the speaker to order your food, from the time you pull off. Sure, I care if my food tastes good, but it is KFC people, it’s not a 5 star restaurant… the lady truly made my day! So kind! And for that, I will give 5 stars.“
“1st time going since they reopened. The young lady at the register was pleasant. They were very busy, but i think she handled the pressure well. When the lobby got crowded a gentleman can from the back to help expedite order distribution. My food was good, not to greasy. I got the Hot Honey chicken combo. We waited about 15 mins for our order. I didn't realize until I got home that my sides were not there. When I got back out took them about 15 mins to give me the sides. There was no issues or attitudes when i asked for what was missing. I'll definitely be going back, right now i have no reason not to. Nice upgrades to the interior. I really like how the back of the chairs are the Colonels bow tie.“
“I came here for a quick snack. I got a chicken sandwich and thought to myself. I should get some chicken wings too so I got the two wing for 599 and it was disgusting. It was very oily and nasty. I would not get this ever again.
The service was spectacular so I cannot complain“

Wheelchair accessibility: Have been in the restaurant before lady in wheel chair was there and got around just fine, held door for her to bathroom Def. Enough room in there as well.“
“I normally have pretty good service at this location but tonight I am really disappointed. after a long drive my family wanted some KFC before going home. We ordered $20 fill up original. the server said it was going to take 20min. That was not a problem for us and told her we would wait. The food came out 7 min later. needless to say it was original and crispy mixed.... No one in my family eats or likes crispy KFC. I've been trying to call them, but no answer. I can't find a corporate number to call.Flag on the play!!!!!I must apologize to the store manager and staff for my review...I called today and spoke with the manager who graciously told me to come in and she would replace my order. when I got to the store and asked for the manager. The lady didn't know what i was talking about. needless to say was at the right store but wrong store for the kind manager...“
“Ive never had any issues with this location. Food is always fresh. Service is good. And im happy with the service i pay for. Plus they open pretty late so even better.
Parking: U can park and go in, plenty of spots or u can do drive thru.“

“I must admit! The service was great! Before leaving the parking lot. I checked to make sure my order was correct. It was, however, one of the two pieces of chicken wasn't appealing to the eye. As soon as I walked back in, they knew there was a problem. Which was handed very professional and to my satisfaction. Great job ??“
“I'm here for National Chicken Sandwich day, and I just had a free chicken sandwich after having spent a dollar. It was delicious, quite hot and savory.
But what I really want to tell you about is the excellent service here. I had some trouble with placing my order using the app, but Mahalia jumped right in to help me here in the restaurant.
This has been a rough week for everybody, seismic changes across the board. I've done my best to be a light in the darkness this week and let me tell you what, Mahalia was certainly a light in the darkness today.
Thank you KFC for the free chicken sandwich, but thank you even more for helping to bolster my faith in humanity! Please, everyone who reads this review tell Mahalia what a great job she did today!
And I'll to finish out the review, let me show you the ambience here is great. There's a huge light fixture that looks like a great big bucket of chicken which is the campiest thing I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant. Well, outside Disney World. Nevertheless, the place is clean and inviting, and quite possibly the nicest place on this part of Sunset Road. And what makes it nice? Great people like Mahalia!“
