“They usually have the food ready when I get there, so that's a plus. Most of the employees I've interacted with at this location seem pretty standoffish or stressed out, but the guy with long hair and glasses is pretty cool and hilarious.“

“Pizza was hot and ready when I got there! Ordered online and it was in the hotbox...walked in, put in my code, took it out then home, and enjoyed! Glass door to enter is broken and taped, so it the atmosphere is a little ominous, but I shouldn't judge a book by its cover!“

“The only reason I’m posting a 5 star for albermarle Little Ceasers is because of Ms.Vicki/Viki. I appreciate your willingness to remake the cheese pizza for my child who has sever sensory issues due to her neurological disorder. I usually would try to fix it myself and hope for the best outcome, but tonight I was stressed and utterly exhausted and just wanted her to eat something i did not have to meticulously plan for and prep. Cheese pizza is her favorite treat. Thank you for your understanding and thank you for not making me feel ashamed or embarrassed for even asking. I hope you have a blessed rest of the year as well as each coworker who was there with you tonight! “Hailey the GM and Cherez the AM are the kindest managers I have ever met at a Little Caesars pizza. I went to the Indian land South Carolina store and was treated very disrespectfully so I tried the South Boulevard store and it was like night and day. Cherez greeted me with a smile and was very polite. Hailey also greeted me with a smile and was very polite. I was in there to get something for my daughter, and they both went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed. Thank you both very much for having excellent customer service skills. I will go out of my way to come to your store, which is 20 minutes away from my house compared to the other store that is five minutes up the road from my house just because of the service you gave me.“

Thankfully another employee showed up and expedited service. It is so hard to serve the community when you have to ride solo and meet all expectations. Let's say thanks to Pam for doing a great job when I know it is tough to maintain positivity.“

“Apologies because I couldn't hear him clearly, but Shem or Sham has the best attitude and was just awesome! I was waiting on my order and heard him speak Spanish to another customer, help the front and back, and made sure our order was correct. He's 19 and full of energy and smiles. This was the best experience I've ever had at a Little Ceasars.“
