I placed an order on the app and they got my order wrong. Given it was quick service but they need to slow down and worry about accuracy in my opinion. I did not have time to go back inside and get it fixed. Check your bags!! This is the second time it’s happened.
Consistently good and all the staff is super friendly.

This McDonald's in Charlotte is a favorite for many. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean, customer service is awesome, and the food is always delicious and hot. The staff always maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent and courteous service, no matter how busy they are. The refreshers really are delicious. However, some orders have been wrong, including pickles and bacon, so check your bags. The taste was still great and just how it was remembered. They even had cookies.
