A special thank you to the general manager, Ian, who went above and beyond to make my daughter's Sweet 16 birthday dinner truly memorable. He kindly allowed me to stop by early to store her cake and balloons so I wouldn't have to worry about carrying everything later. That level of care made all the difference. “I suggested to our HOA board that we go eat at Que Onda after our meeting this evening. They joked that you have to take a loan out to eat there... prices have increased. Still, we enjoyed their food in the past, and we like to support local businesses in our community. First, no more chips and salsa when you sit down ... not even an offering. What Mexican restaurant doesn't have chips and salsa when you sit down? And for dinner I ordered a taco salad, sans beans, cheese and pico. I subbed rice and mushrooms. I was charged $9.95 for the shell and lettuce, $3 for rice and $4 for mushrooms. I have ordered this veggie alternative for years at several places - never have I been charged $17 for a "salad". Had the waitress mentioned the upcharge at the time I ordered, I could have made a decision to go ahead or to change my order. But she NEVER mentioned the additional cost. Sadly, they lost 3 local customers tonight, as well as being one of the catering / community meetup options we were just discussing 30 minutes earlier. Be fair. Be transparent. Discuss additional costs instead of simply charging and assuming your customers want to pay extra - again, I would have changed my order. Adios Que Onda!“

“This place was so good and the vibe was really cozy! I got the ginger orange agua fresca, then we got the Ahi Tuna tostada to split and the coconut shrimp tacos that came with black beans and rice, as well as the fish tacos. The agua fresca, ahi tuna app, and coconut tacos were my favorite! Our waitress was so sweet and awesome - and the price point was not too bad for 2 people for dinner! Will definitely be back.“

The service was outstanding — friendly without being rushed, and so thoughtful the entire time. The food was incredible, full of flavor, beautifully made, and came out perfectly. Each dish we ordered was delicious, and everyone at our table kept commenting on how good everything was.

We had great service from our server Noah, who was very quick to take our drink order and provided attentive service for our entire dinner. We both ordered a Chimichangas (my wife had the chicken and I had the beef). Both were delicious, well seasoned and served hot. (fwiw) noted the staff were sweeping and cleaning the restaurant tables quickly, after a table turned.“

“I came in to try their version of Pollo fritto- fried chicken. This chicken was well marinated- fried to perfection and the sauces- 1 avocado salsa and 1 salsa picante were heavenly 😋 they underestimated me as they were unaware I am fluent in Spanish so I quickly changed the interaction ordering my food in Spanish and we both smiled and chatted while I waited for my food. This place is so welcoming and warm with great authentic dishes and I love the fact they make tortillas from scratch! The taste is so much better and natural!“
