Poor customer service. Family was excited to finally have a dairy and gluten free option for ice cream but upon opening the door we were hollered at to wait outside. We understand that it’s a small location but no one before us we asked to wait outside and no one after us was barked at either as they piled in. It ruined our appetite so we downsized the kids orders and didn’t bother getting ourselves anything.
This ice cream was delicious, allergy friendly, and the whole family LOVED it! We can not wait for their shop to open. We have a family member who needs dairy free and vegan, and they say it is the best they've ever had. Well done team!
