My smoothie was amazing Elizabeth did a wonderful job making it for me and the laughs her and another girl behind the counter, I believe her name was GiGi was brilliant to see. The welcoming and fun vibe was a great pick me up! Will definitely be back soon!“

“This has always been my family's favorite Smoothie King we stop in here at least 2-3 times a week and the employees always made us feel at home.
I don't know what happened recently but some really good employees are not here anymore and this breaks our hearts because Ms. Camille and Jordan were and are really good friends but nevertheless the Smoothies are always good“

This location is very convenient, welcoming, clean, and organized! All of the employees are very friendly, and you can really tell they care about customer service. My order is always made fresh and just the way I like it. I never have to wait long, and the energy in the store is always upbeat and positive. “I've posted a review of this location before, and it wasn't positive. This establishment is always clean, but the staff I experienced before wasn't the best. However, I was in town and decided to get a smoothie. Upon walking, I was greeted by Carrie. She was professional and made you feel welcome. This wasn't the case with the previous staff, who were there every time I went. She took my order and made my favorite smoothie (Lemon Twist Strawberry).“

“I always receive great service here. Today, when I went in to pick up my order, the staff member, Ware, said he was working on his own and thanked everyone for their patience. It was very busy but we still didn't wait long at all, but if we had that would have been reasonable. He was working hard and managing everything with kindness and a couple of us noticed his maturity and leadership. Well done!“

She held her composure and made a great smoothie. Everytime I went back the smoothie was ready and this location is slightly further but I rather go to this one than the one on East Blvd actually.“

Line length my vary. Once selection is made wait time less than 4 minutes. Smoothie comes in various sizes 20 oz and larger.

Carrie and Victoria at the Whitehall Smoothie King (Store #1570) are absolutely amazing! Every time I stop by, they greet me with the biggest smiles and the friendliest attitude. They make my smoothie exactly how I like it—quick, fresh, and delicious—and they always go the extra mile to make sure I leave happy. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, but Carrie and Victoria make it feel effortless. They’re the reason this location is my favorite. Keep up the awesome work!“

“I'm sorry to give a negative review because most of the time it's very good here. However, this is the second time I've had a bad experience with a Smoothie King within the last couple of weeks. First, I order delivery, which is done through Uber Eats, and VIKTOR V through Uber Eats never showed up with the order but set the status as delivered. Of course, it's impossible to contest an order like that since it's not done through the Uber app but through Uber in a web browser, and in order to say there's a problem with an order it needs to go through the app; so, no way to get the money back on that one. Then, today, I put in my order at this Smoothie King to be picked up (no more delivery) and the guy working there can't find my order in the freezer. Well, he goes to the back and suddenly pops out with a bag with my order. I get home and find two melted bowls. If he left them out, why didn't he say anything? I guess the airpods he had in his ears helped him sufficiently tune out the consequences of his irresponsible conduct. I hate writing a bad review because I really like what I get most of the time and don't have this experience most of the time. But, once you let people start ruining the business you lose customers. I will think twice before ordering from Smoothie King again.

Update (13 May 2025): I'm glad Smoothie King reached out. I went back yesterday evening and was served by Josh. He's very friendly and did a great job! I'm glad I was able to go and have a good experience again at this Smoothie King as I didn't want to just stop going. I'm bumping up the star ratings.“
