“I know staff changes thus reviews can be good or bad but I've never had an issue at this location. They are always attentive when you walk in and ready to take your order. They also are quick to get you out. I see customers that have ordered ahead just walk in and their orders are done and they too are in and out.“

“I was very impressed with the cleanliness and order at Smoothie King. From the moment I walked in, I noticed that the place was spotless, which is a great reflection of the care and attention to detail they have. The tables were perfectly clean and organized, and the smoothie prep area looked very well maintained. It's clear that the staff puts in the effort to maintain a hygienic and pleasant environment for customers. This, along with their delicious smoothies, makes the experience even more enjoyable. My smoothie is always perfect.
If I don't pick up within 5-7 minutes they store it in the freezer for me, so it's always cold and smooth.
The service is as expected.

“I like smoothie king but this bowl just wasn’t it. I tried one of the pitaya bowls. I didn’t even know what a pitaya was but the bowl was nasty. The peanut butter was unsweetened and tasted like liquid peanuts, the bowl started melting within 2 minutes of me trying to eat it in the car. The mangoes weren’t good. I’m skeptical to try the açaí after that but we’ll see.“

“I always receive great service here. Today, when I went in to pick up my order, the staff member, Ware, said he was working on his own and thanked everyone for their patience. It was very busy but we still didn't wait long at all, but if we had that would have been reasonable. He was working hard and managing everything with kindness and a couple of us noticed his maturity and leadership. Well done!“

“I will say and have to give this store a 5 star review namely due to the cashier/customer service. She looked like she was slammed and the only one at the store but guess what? She held her composure and made a great smoothie. Everytime I went back the smoothie was ready and this location is slightly further but I rather go to this one than the one on East Blvd actually.“

“Stable business. Offer wide selection of refreshing smoothie to meet your nutritional needs. From protein, vegan, energy etc. Customer service is nice to offer suggestions. Drive thru services. Line length my vary. Once selection is made wait time less than 4 minutes. Smoothie comes in various sizes 20 oz and larger.

Seeing a lot of reviews complaining about service. TBH if I worked a “tipping” job but all my tips were STOLEN by the company, I’d do subpar work too.“
