I was super excited when bowls were added to the menu. However, this particular Smoothie King hardly ever has the acai base. I have placed multiple orders online for a bowl, only to be called minutes later to be told they do not have them and a refund will be given. I have been in the store multiple times only to be told they do not have the acai base. At this point, why have them on the menu if they are hardly in stock???
Shay the Manager gave me a call and after the conversation we had and she addressed all my issues I feel a lot better about coming to this location. She was very friendly and apologetic throughout the entire conversation. She assured me that she would definitely be addressing the issue! 10/10 for the customer service and quickness of it as well!!
