“This is our go to special occasion place and as usual everything was perfect. Our server was great! I'm sorry I'm not sure of his name...maybe Cory...has been there for 22 years...tall, thin bald? Very friendly and professional. We had New York Strip, filet mignon, oysters Rockefeller and the fabulous Spinach dip . Totally delicious!“

“My husband and I decided to celebrate our 3rd anniversary here. This place is special to us—we first came 3 years ago, the day he proposed back in December 2021. The service was excellent, and the staff, including our waitress and her team, took great care of us. The food overall was good. I wasn't a fan of the Brussels sprouts, Mac and cheese it was bland lobster in it was mini lobster or the cucumber-style mocktail, and the lobster bisque could've used a bit more cream. But the steak, mashed potatoes, and sweet potato casserole were absolutely delicious. I'd definitely come back again and recommend this place to family and friends.“

“My friend's steak and asparagus were good, but the colossal shrimp cocktail appetizer was very fishy. Since that was what I ordered for my meal, I could not eat. Not sure if it was bad or if I was just sensitive to the strong smell. I did not return the order; however, I told the server about it. She just shook her head, as if she understood what I was saying.“

“We went to Dressler’s tonight for my husband’s Birthday. We had never been but wanted to try it since we loved their old Dogwood concept. Michelle was our waitress and truly made the evening so special. She was so knowledgeable around the menu and so attentive and fun. The food was exceptional. I had the waygu flank special and he had the 16oz ribeye. The shrimp appetizer was a great way to start and the apple crisp was a perfect ending to the meal. We were so excited to see the manager from the old Dogwood concept working there. She is so great too. Thank you for having such an amazing space that can make nights so memorable.“

We were greeted at the door by 2 beautiful smiling faces from the hosts, sat our party of 5 immediately starting our awesome experience! Our server, Monica, was so helpful with suggestions for drinks and entrees. I ordered the Pick 3 with the ceasar salad, 6 oz sirloin cooked medium rare with a sweet potato and the cheesecake for dessert. When our food came out, eveything tasted amazing and was so hot I had to blow it off to cool it down. I couldnt tell you the last time I had a HOT meal from a restaurant. Just another reason why this dining experience was an absolute success! 10 out of 10 HIGHLY recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants to be impressed with an amazing Outback experience!!“

“This was my first time at Firebirds location at Northlake Mall. I was really impressed with the service. The food was great and the Mac and cheese I couldn't believe it came out hot and cheesy with the breadcrumbs. The steak was very tender and cooked to order. Let not talk about the chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream. Delicious. Definitely will be return.“

“We had reservations for our 21st Anniversary tonight. Our server was above and beyond great, along with the food. We let them know ahead of time of our occasion and we were seated at a table for two alone (until they got packed ☺️) and an amazing dessert decorated to commemorate our day. “Great location by outlets , staff was great , great service and food , started with stuffed mushrooms, wanted a good hamburger and Longhorn came through, way better than Outback’s burger with a lot of flavor and cooked perfect , better quality meat, had the seafood soup as side, very good as well, bone in ribeye is one of my favs, hope to be back soon, only downside is no rewards program or discount like Outback and others , hope they add one soon, great atmosphere, 5 stars for best burger and bone in ribeye in the area !“

However, there clearly was an issue in the kitchen, as over 30 min passed between our salad course and entrees. The server and manager came by twice to apologize. The food was terrific, onion rings, salads and steaks were great. However, my wife ordered her steak med-well, and even after a long delay came out rare. To their credit, the manager comped the entire meal. We'll need to give it another try.“
