“Great customer service and good as usual. They were full on Saturday night but were accommodating and sped up seating as much as their capacity could hold. Definitely recommend reservations, but expect a wait because they also take walk ins.“

If you're looking for quiet, request the side room - with limited tables of 2/4, you can avoid noisier larger groups. “It's Eddie V's for crying out loud. \n\nPhenomenal opportunity that we just said, "what the **ck" and we just walked in like we were ballers. \n\nOur hotel desk told us to use Eddie V's for the Uber app to get a ride. "Eddie V's is right where you wanna be", he said. So our driver drops us off in front of Eddie V's. We have never been in an Eddie V's so we said, "let's at least go get a drink, and maybe an appetizer". \n\nWe ate some tacos at the bar, had two drinks each and were outta there for about $135. But we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for an hour or so. \n\nWe had a tour to catch soon so were well set on our way. \n\nDo stop in and get some Eddie V's. “We had a show later that evening at The Carolina Theater and started here for a drink before dinner (elsewhere). The minute we walked in, we could sense the elegance and quality. We sat at the bar, which was lovely. We did look at the menu, out of curiosity, and it was wonderful but pricey. Since we weren't in a mindset for a high end dining experience, we didn't stay.“

“We went to Dressler’s tonight for my husband’s Birthday. We had never been but wanted to try it since we loved their old Dogwood concept. Michelle was our waitress and truly made the evening so special. She was so knowledgeable around the menu and so attentive and fun. The food was exceptional. I had the waygu flank special and he had the 16oz ribeye. The shrimp appetizer was a great way to start and the apple crisp was a perfect ending to the meal. We were so excited to see the manager from the old Dogwood concept working there. She is so great too. Thank you for having such an amazing space that can make nights so memorable.“

“Our family goes here often. It is always great! Wonderful service and great food! We come here for special occasions, and for restaurant week as well. We always get the deviled eggs, and the way the bacon and jalapeño go together in the mix makes the eggs taste wonderful! When they have it, I always get the prime rib, and it's always cooked perfectly. Always get the broccoli or the parmesan mashed potatoes. Everything always comes out fast and perfectly prepared. The service there is also impeccable. It's so much better than all of these other steak chains here in the city.“

“We Had A Party Of 10. We Called Ahead For The Call Ahead Seating. Our Time Was For 4:50. We Arrived In Time. We Had A Few Running Behind About 15 Minutes. We Had Reese/Reece as our server tonight. She Was Very Understanding With The Delay. She Took An Appetizer Order & Brought Us Our Beverages. At That Point The Rest Of The Party Had Arrived. She Allotted Them Time To Read The Menu A Few Minutes, When She Returned, We Placed Our Orders. She Was Very Honest About The Beverage Questions My Brothers Had. “We had reservations for our 21st Anniversary tonight. Our server was above and beyond great, along with the food. We let them know ahead of time of our occasion and we were seated at a table for two alone (until they got packed ☺️) and an amazing dessert decorated to commemorate our day. “Firebirds is my favorite NorthLake area restaurant. A friend and I had lunch there on a Wednesday at the height of the lunch time service. They were quite busy but our food quality was outstanding as was the service from Jetta. Our tenderloin salad and salmon salad were perfection. We ordered the carrot cake for dessert, which was one of the best I have ever had. Huge portion too! I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area. Actually, any of the Firebirds locations in the Charlotte area are exceptional. Quality food and service at reasonable prices.“

“Saw a recent prior review on the double cut pork chop.
That’s what I ordered at medium temperature. When it came out, the first cut was a little pink in the middle, but as I got through it, it was definitely undercooked…
The very nice ladies behind the bar let the kitchen know and offered to take it back, but I just fought through it. I’m coming here for about 10 years.
Needless to say, they have a problem with getting stuff at the right temperature.
I’ve seen stuff go back before in this restaurant. Thankfully, it’s never happened to me, but on this one occasion, the chop was definitely undercooked…
The upside is that’s its Karabuta Probably snake river farms
So excellent quality, but these guys have to work on their temperatures. I was the only one eating at the restaurant in the beginning of the evening, so no excuse excuses.“

“So, I took wifey to this location for her birthday and was waited on by our server, Essence. From beginning to end Essence was absolutely amazing. She repeatedly checked on us, kept our drinks filled, and had the best energy that a server should have. I ordered the Steak & shrimp and wifey ordered a steak, sweet baked potato with a side, and a cocktail. The food was amazing and I was reminded of how much better Longhorn is compared to Outback. We will definitely be returning to this location.“

“Celebrated my birthday yesterday with my husband. We haven’t been in years but it’s just as we remembered on point. Everything and everyone was exceptional. From the time we walked through the door we were greeted with professionalism and a smile! Our waitress Alaura set the bar of what a waitress does. “Great location by outlets , staff was great , great service and food , started with stuffed mushrooms, wanted a good hamburger and Longhorn came through, way better than Outback’s burger with a lot of flavor and cooked perfect , better quality meat, had the seafood soup as side, very good as well, bone in ribeye is one of my favs, hope to be back soon, only downside is no rewards program or discount like Outback and others , hope they add one soon, great atmosphere, 5 stars for best burger and bone in ribeye in the area !“

“We had a girls night out and it was great. The restaurant was clean. The bathroom was clean. Everything was nice and neat. Our food came out in a manly time our server Mercedes was great. She made sure that we was well taken care of and our drinks was always full oh, and by the way, the food was delicious. I will make this my favorite restaurant.“
