“I had a really nice experience at Wingstop today. The service was quick, and the employees were cool and easy to talk to. My food came out fresh and everything tasted really good. I appreciate how well I was treated and I’ll definitely be coming back.“

“Tried this restaurant for the first time last week. Manager was super helpful and let me order all flats even though they were running low on inventory. I ordered a combo of the Garlic Parm Korean. Fresh, hot and excellent flavor. Just wish celery was included. The fries were hot and seasoned correctly. I will go again.“

“Last night was my very first time getting an opportunity to try Wingstop, and it did not disappoint! The wings and corn were delicious and I will definitely be going back! While the food was worth it, I had to take a minute and rave about the impeccable customer service at this store. I was greeted immediately by friendly faces, and had the pleasure of meeting Mike the general manager at this location. Without hesitation when he heard it was my first time trying Wing Stop he took the time to go over flavors and selections, and was kind enough to throw in two complimentary drinks! As someone who works directly in customer service full time throughout my week it really matters to be treated as you treat others when you're finally off work and spending what's left of your day with family.
Thank you so much Mike for your top-notch customer service and obvious investment you put into your role as the general manager of this Wing Stop location. Again while I look forward to trying more items on the menu, it's customer service like this that will definitely put this location on a regular dinner rotation for our household! “I did not realize this restaurant had come to the Rivergate area in the past year and I don't think I've ever eaten there but I'm glad I stopped-yesterday. The lady at the counter was very helpful and recommended I get the Hawaiian wings and the Original since I wanted something hot but I also like sweet and you can get two kinds, 4 wings each. I got the combo with fries. The fries were ok but I really liked both of the wing flavors. There are 3 tables inside, but it's a nice quick sit down for a lunch.“

“Im new to the area and was so pleased to find a Wingstop so close to my new home. I've had food here three times this month and they have been consistent. Store is clean and quiet, the workers are very well spoken, clean and respectful. And my wings!!! The wings have been fresh, hot, perfectly sauced and seasoned. I will not even consider visiting another Wingstop, this one is the one for me! Great job! (Also I think it was an all male crew the times I went! Great job guys)“

“I’ve never had too bad of an experience here, the food is great, easily the best fast food chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten, but this location specifically needs to hire more people! There was only one person when I went most recently with a couple friends, we ended up going to chick fil a. They couldn’t take our orders because they were busy taking care of online orders, which is totally fine, but she said herself that she couldn’t help us until either she finished or until her other employee got there. Perks to her for being the only one working at that time though.“

“Tried Wingstop for the first time tonight and the evening crew absolutely nailed it. The wings were awesome super flavorful, juicy, and cooked perfectly. All the food was delicious, fresh, and came out faster than I expected. The staff was superb and efficient, and you could tell they were on top of everything. Definitely impressed for a first visit. “This was my first time going to Wing Stop but it will not be my last. I had the best lemon pepper wings..... EVER!!!!! Not only was the staff nice, the GM Nathan was incredible. It was 96 degrees outside. I didn't order a drink but he offered me one just the same. My order got missed and he asked was i in a hurry. When I said yes. He OFFERED to bring it to my work. Who does that? A caring manager!!!! I stayed and waited and he offered to buy my lunch on my next return. He doesn't need to buy my lunch because ill be back. The food and his courtesy alone did it. Wing Stop is my new go to for lunch! Thank you Nathan for your kindness. I hope your big bosses and owners know the jewel they have in you!“

“From the wings to the fries and atmosphere, everything was hot and delicious. We were here visiting from Va and this location is “chef’s kiss”!! You want fresh hot seasoned wings and fries come here! Even the service was amazing, actually smiled and checked on us!! Who does that?? They do here in Charlotte!! “Let me tell you why I gave all 5 stars because I came here one night but I understand fast food places have hiccups sometimes none of my food was good but the manager here is so sweet & you can tell that he don’t play about the preparation of the food ❤ it didnt take him no time to get back to me for me to come get my order remade I know I’ll be satisfied this time ❤ Thank you now that’s how you make it right“

“This was probably the freshest Wingstop I’ve ever had! I visited on 9/20/26 around 12:30 AM, and both the service and food were really good.

I ordered the 10-piece bone-in combo with Hot Honey Rub, seasoned fries, and a Dr Pepper. The wings were fresh, hot, and flavorful, and the fries were seasoned really well.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was, especially considering I came in around midnight. The service was also great and made the experience even better.

Definitely one of my best Wingstop experiences so far. I’d come back to this location again!“

“I normally come on Friday nights. Service is good food is good but lately the wings seem to be getting super small now. 10 wings drink and fries is $21.00. American deli 15 wings fries and drink $15.00 with way more food. Only thing good about wing stop is they stay open later. You guys keep going at this rate you want be open long.“
