“Tried this restaurant for the first time last week. Manager was super helpful and let me order all flats even though they were running low on inventory. I ordered a combo of the Garlic Parm Korean. Fresh, hot and excellent flavor. Just wish celery was included. The fries were hot and seasoned correctly. I will go again.“

They were friendly, professional, and made sure my order was accurate and ready as quickly as possible. Even though the restaurant was busy, they stayed positive and treated every customer with respect. It's clear they take pride in their work and care about providing excellent service. “I did not realize this restaurant had come to the Rivergate area in the past year and I don't think I've ever eaten there but I'm glad I stopped-yesterday. The lady at the counter was very helpful and recommended I get the Hawaiian wings and the Original since I wanted something hot but I also like sweet and you can get two kinds, 4 wings each. I got the combo with fries. The fries were ok but I really liked both of the wing flavors. There are 3 tables inside, but it's a nice quick sit down for a lunch.“

“Im new to the area and was so pleased to find a Wingstop so close to my new home. I've had food here three times this month and they have been consistent. Store is clean and quiet, the workers are very well spoken, clean and respectful. And my wings!!! The wings have been fresh, hot, perfectly sauced and seasoned. I will not even consider visiting another Wingstop, this one is the one for me! Great job! (Also I think it was an all male crew the times I went! Great job guys)“

“This was my first time going to Wing Stop but it will not be my last. I had the best lemon pepper wings..... EVER!!!!! Not only was the staff nice, the GM Nathan was incredible. It was 96 degrees outside. I didn't order a drink but he offered me one just the same. My order got missed and he asked was i in a hurry. When I said yes. He OFFERED to bring it to my work. Who does that? A caring manager!!!! I stayed and waited and he offered to buy my lunch on my next return. He doesn't need to buy my lunch because ill be back. The food and his courtesy alone did it. Wing Stop is my new go to for lunch! Thank you Nathan for your kindness. I hope your big bosses and owners know the jewel they have in you!“

“In the evening time after I ordered my food, I was welcomed by Edgar Rogel, he provided an excellent customer service experience. He had great energy and a very welcoming attitude from the start. He made sure my order was correct, gave me my food, and took the time to check that everything was good before I left. I really appreciated how attentive he was and how he made sure all my needs for the order were taken care of. What stood out the most was how kind and genuine he was during the interaction. On my way out, he even blessed me, which was a very thoughtful and uplifting gesture. “I came here today and had a great experience. Clean and food was fresh and fast and we also got to meet the manager Justin he was so welcoming and even checked in while we were eating to make sure me and my mother didn’t need anything this is what it’s about I’ll definitely be back“

“I normally come on Friday nights. Service is good food is good but lately the wings seem to be getting super small now. 10 wings drink and fries is $21.00. American deli 15 wings fries and drink $15.00 with way more food. Only thing good about wing stop is they stay open later. You guys keep going at this rate you want be open long.“

“I took a survey and didn’t leave a good review. I’m not sure I can do a second one. But DeDe saved the day. I ordered my food and shortly after realized I didn’t mention the special. I went back and asked her if they could fix it. She walked over to her manager and he said, “We can’t do nothing about that.” I basically ordered the same thing for $10 more. Having a food service background, I would imagine all he had to do was void that ticket and rering the order or simply offer something as a courtesy. DeDe saw me quiet but obviously disappointed in the poor service and walked over to me to make it right. Unfortunately, I’d already completed the survey. She was very receptive to feedback and coaching from one professional to another. Kudos to her. I really want to make sure I went back and gave her credit.“

“The team who was working on Friday 04/24/26 at 9:30pm made the most amazing wingstop we’ve ever had! The wings were crispy and sauced perfectly, the fries never went soggy, they didn’t forget any of the sauces, and were super nice! 10/10, no notes“
