I’ve tried this place so many times bc it’s right across the street and it’s literally a 50/50 shot every time. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s so undercooked it just falls apart in your hands. Today was my last time.
Product was good. Employees in the store horrible. Ignored customers in the store until I yelled out. Finally one of them came over, 6 staff saw us, and he was rude as hell. Threw my pizza on the counter.
This location is a hidden gem. Hidden, in the sense that it's only few minutes away from Dominos next block but it's way calm.
After waiting hour plus at Dominos nearby (very busy location) the other day, I was thinking maybe there is some other pizza place nearby and boom Papa John is right around the block. Papa Johns Pizza is a restaurant that offers a variety of pizzas, including a newly introduced garlic veg pizza. While one customer found the pizza to be thin and the cheese separate, another customer praised the delicious pizza and the fantastic job done by the lone staff member. Despite being short-staffed during the holidays, the manager was honest and professional in addressing a wrong order and making it up to the customer. Another customer missed the veggie toppings on one of the pizzas but received a credit and is willing to try the restaurant again, appreciating the good taste of the pizza.
