“Went here on 10/08/2025 after a concert, so it was late and really packed. There were only 3 total staff members (Cook, Cashier, & Waitress) handling the crowd & take-out orders, but they were locked in, friendly, & worked together. They really did a great job especially being under staffed. Food service workers don’t get enough credit many times. We didn’t mind doubling up on the gratuity that night.“
“Wanted to give a shoutout to Lisa at this location. She sadly had to handle an encounter with a customer who was extremely rude to her. She handled the situation with grace and was respectful (even when the customer was not) Thankfully the person left the establishment, and the restaurant was able to continue on as the Waffle House we all know and love.“

They had a very good group of people working. They got my order right. The place was clean. I was surprised as I've been to this location before and experienced none of that.“
“Had not been here for a while but decided to stop in. It is Saturday about 10:30a.m., it appears to be 7 people, (2 cooks one of which is a manager cooking) and 5 servers. Today was the best WH experience I have ever had there. This server MS. AMBER stood out over all the others (no punt inteneded to the other servers). I observed Ms. Amber compared to the other servers, she was going above and beyond, she should be titled MANAGER as well. Ms. AMBER was doing everything with grace, she kept a smile on her face, appeared genuinely customer driven and her tone of voice was kind and approachable. I observed her moving quickly to get ALL customers taken care of even if it was not her direct customer table
I over heard her assisting another server in reporting the orders to the cooks correctly as to cut down on mistakes. Ms. Amber was intercepting all coming through the door for uber pickups and to be seated, she even made sure all tables were immediately cleaned after use so folk did not have to wait, she quickly prepped the used dishes for immediate washing and inquired with ALL if they needed anything. I even spoke to the other manager who was there cooking and told her they need to make Ms. Amber a Manager as well, she's a true asset to this business. A+ for todays overall experience. My morning prior to WH started out not-so-good but I left WH with a smile. I'd happily revisit that particular establishment again if she's there. Thanks Ms. Amber you ARE appreciated.“
