“I had been looking for the Spanish bar cake like my grandma used to buy when I was a child. I was on vacation in Beaufort, NC and found this at Piggly Wiggly. I thought ok I will try it. OMG! It is just like the ones I use to eat. This brought back great memories and was so delicious. I hope to find it closer home. If not I will have to make the drive to the bakery.”

Wonderful as far as the food & service this time, but have had mixed experiences with different staff... usually depends on age range, or if theyre understaffed or if there seems to be no one in charge... but overall, its acceptable, as far as service goes. Food has always been better than most locations, regardless of service rating. Recommend if taking to go.”

“I just love this little bakery. They are always welcoming and so sweet. I love the whoopie pies they make. My favorites are pumpkin and oatmeal. Both are soft and filled with vanilla buttercream that is smooth not broken. I also love the little banana bread loaves moist with chocolate chips and pecans, only thing I wish they were much bigger. We will be bringing our grandson to play putt putt soon. What fun! Support home town, it’s so worth it!”

“This morning I stopped by there for some much needed coffee. Ashley was working and she greeted me like i was family! Very nice young lady. Anyways my story goes that my dumb debit card was blocked by my Wells Fargo App. I was messing with the App on my phone to un-disable my locked card! (as i had made a very big purchase that morning -concert ticket). Ashley reassured me I was fine to go (my drink was free!). I insisted on Apple paying her or i could just give her cash! She said no and let me go about my day. Truly made my day and I thank the dirty dog Fam for their kindness!! :))”
