“Great short stop for history. Last remaining structure of this truss type. One of only two remaining covered bridges in NC. Short, easy hike.
I would advocate for a better viewing opportunity for pictures, and that folks would stop defacing the Interior of the structure with graffiti.“

“We used Rachel for our Wedding cake and cupcakes on 6.8.24 and they were amazing!!! The guests raved about the cupcakes (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry champagne, and blueberry lemon). My friend loved them so much she had to eat multiple of each declaring they all were delicious, and her favorite was the blueberry lemon. Rachel even had Gluten Free & Vegan cupcakes for family members that needed both AND she made our cake Gluten Free because I (the bride) am GF. She even delivered to our venue, which was probably an hour or more for her to drive, and set up everything perfectly! We also get a free one year anniversary cake so we didn't need to worry about trying to freeze anything afterwards. Rachel even went above and beyond to meet us in the south charlotte area for a tasting. I HIGHLY recommend her cakes and using her for your wedding!!“

Not here to slander another business, but our original wedding cake came from another place and it was an absolute disaster. We went here, the day before the wedding, and explained what had happened and showed her the cake. She made this bride so inexplicably happy when she said she could make me a brand new cake, exactly the way I wanted it, in 24 hours. The end result was better than I could have dreamed it to be!
